This is an authentic Silver Italian 500 Lira Coin that I have HandCut/HandCarved to take out using a jewelers saw to take out all of the blank space so that the wording and details of the Italian Fleet become highlighted. Excess material is also sanded/filed out and the remainder of the pendant I have highly polished. (Variations of this can vary slightly however same silver coin type will be used.
Once purchased your Italian coin pendant comes with a wax 20 inch necklace.
